About Us

InCorr Coaching, the dedicated coaching branch of the InCorr Method, is a trauma-informed approach originally developed to support therapists in deep clinical and embodied practice. While the InCorr Method continues to transform the therapeutic field, InCorr Coaching brings this powerful work into the world of coaches—meeting the growing need for safe, embodied, and ethically grounded trauma-informed coaching.

At InCorr Coaching, we train and support coaches to expand their professional skills while honoring their personal growth. Our programs blend ICF-accredited training with opportunities for deep inner work, embodiment practice, and a supportive learning community. Here, coaches are not only taught how to apply trauma informed tools, but are also given the space to become more fully embodied themselves—so they can guide others from a place of authenticity, safety, and presence.

Coaching with InCorr is not just about strategy or structure—it’s about becoming. Becoming the coach who can hold complexity, meet clients with compassion, and support meaningful transformation from the inside out.

We walk beside those who are seeking change—not as experts, but as attuned companions, always two steps behind the client, with trauma-informed awareness paving the way, in service to their inner world.

The InCorr Coaching Vision

To cultivate a global community of trauma-informed coaches who embody safety, authenticity, compassion, and excellence, supporting human healing and potential through embodied conscious practice, accessible to everyone, expansive enough to impact all human systems: leaders, creatives, faith ministers, educators, visionaries, bringing healing to the world.

The InCorr Coaching Mission

InCorr Coaching exists to train, support, and resource coaches in becoming deeply trauma-informed, ethically grounded, and personally embodied. We provide ICF-accredited programs, reflective learning spaces, and ongoing community connection so that coaches can grow their capacity to meet clients, and themselves, with congruence, clarity, and care..
